Yes, this is another blog about organic stuff. But I won’t be giving you recipes or tips on how to protect the planet.

This blog is an attempt to put together as much information as possible on the organic industry. Because I’m truly interested about it, because I would like to know what’s at stake, what’s its future, how it’s organized, who are the consumers, why and how they buy, etc… Since I have not found any source of information answering all my questions, I’ll be happy to share everything I’ll find on this blog and to exchange ideas.

So, here I go, starting looking deeper into this organic world!
